What We Offer
We produce highest quality custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies and are committed to meeting the needs of our customers and producing high quality products for any application. From obsolete materials to an entirely new custom design, we continue to work closely with our customers to provide high standard yet affordable products.
Our products go through extensive inspections of most widely used international standards. Monte Manufacturing utilizes Automated Wire/Cable Harness Test Equipment to conduct continuity inspection, making sure that our products are contact/insulation/temperature resistant and reliable to withstand different voltages.

Monte Manufacturing LLC produces wire harnesses and assemblies that are built to the customers' exact unique design specifications.
Custom Wire Harness can be of any number of wires or colors, insulation stayle, gauge, any terminal or connectors. Our products are repairable and environmentally engineeered.
We have expended our capacity and are capable of handling large volume production at our North New Jersey facility. Our highly trained engineering staff can recommend product improvements and/or alternative options.
All wire harnesses produced go through thorough visual and electrical inspections, utilizing testing equipments to international standards.

1. Design
Create a schematic layout that shows how the conductors will be arranged and attached.

A working model of the cable that can be tested for requirements.

Processes that include wire cutting, stripping, etc.
4. Delivery
Our shipping center will package and deliver on schedule.
